This scope rail creates a Weaver base that allows for the use of 2 pc. Weaver mounts. The Walther Lever Action rifle itself has no scope rail or dovetail. So this scope rail screws onto the rifle thereby creating a "scope rail". Simply add a 2 pc. Weaver mount such as the Beeman #5035, BSquare #10201 or Leapers 2 pc. L-RGWM-25M4 (medium, 1") or L-RGWM-30L4 (low, 30mm) mounts.
